Items are only sold in the US and we use Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay for payments. Free shipping and tax included on all orders! All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Items are dispatched from the US and most will arrive within 3-5 days after purchase(Alaska and Hawaii delivery times will be longer. Shopping and delivery support is temporarily unavailable in the US Minor Outlying Islands).
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Read more about our return policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at web@syringewithneedle.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
To start a return, you can contact us at web@syringewithneedle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
